Block Tales Dream World Location Guide

Block Tales Dream World is the late Chapter 3 route after Catacombs, built around Greed, Solitude/Sorrow, Fear, and Hatred. It is not a normal map stretch. The area tests item timing, poison and debuff handling, charged-hit discipline, Sword Energy pressure, and whether enough recovery survived the haunted route.

Block Tales Dream World route role

Dream World is the Chapter 3 finish line, but it does not play like one single boss room. It is a chain of different problems.

The player who wins here usually does not have the flashiest build. They have enough recovery left and know which mistake each boss is trying to punish.

  • Greed punishes item hoarding.
  • Solitude/Sorrow punishes careless poison and ATK Down turns.
  • Fear punishes low HP before charged Boogeyman.
  • Hatred punishes sloppy late-route planning.

Boss chain decisions

Do not rebuild from scratch after every loss. Name the failure first. Greed loss, Fear loss, and Hatred loss usually have different causes.

If Hatred keeps winning, look at what happened before Hatred. Dream World punishes earlier waste.

  • Inventory issue: fix Greed item timing.
  • Status issue: bring Cure or use it earlier.
  • Burst issue: add HP+ or heal before charged hits.
  • SP issue: save skills before the final fight.

After Dream World

The Chapter 3 reward is Ghostwalker after Hatred. That makes Dream World a real chapter gate, not optional flavor.

Do cleanup after the win if possible. For a first clear, spend attention on survival and route completion before collection.

  • Beat Hatred to finish Chapter 3.
  • Use Ghostwalker context before Chapter 4 routing.
  • Return for missed cleanup after the boss chain is stable.
  • Do not chase risky drops while the final route is still shaky.

FAQ

What bosses are in Dream World?

Dream World route coverage includes Greed, Solitude/Sorrow, Fear, and Hatred.

What do I get after Hatred?

Beating Hatred completes Chapter 3 and rewards Ghostwalker.

Why am I losing in Dream World with a good build?

The chain may be draining one shared pool of HP, SP, and items. Check which earlier fight is spending too much.

Should I farm or clear Dream World first?

Clear first unless the build is already stable. Farming during a shaky first clear usually burns the resources Hatred needs.
